Usually, i take my bedtime medications , then take 2 of my ashwaganda and allow them to dissolve as i get comfortable in bed. Before i know it, im sleepy & rested to close my eyes. Goodnight!

I purchased these meltaway and loved them that I signed up for a subscription. The price was affordable, and it was one product I did not want to run out of. The taste was good besides that even my hubby is now taking them so will have to double up on my subscription order now!

Two tablets for 300mg Ashwaganda…I had to double so they’re not going to last long. I did get sleepy after 4. I kind of used them sublingual…so held them under my tongue until they dissolved. The taste was okay…I got the berry…just a little aftertaste…I’ve had worse. I will probably not buy again…will probably try drops or capsules next time to get 600mg I need.

I purchased believing these would be disintegrate like sublingual tabs. They are large and chalky like an antacid. I also found them ineffective compared to other versions of the same supplement. Would not repurchase.

Great taste as they dissolve

First time trying EZ melt Ashwagandha tablets and I love them. The taste is very pleasant and mild. Reminds me of a red delicious apple. I enjoy the dissolvable texture too. They are very easy to use. Just place under the tongue and allow to dissolve. Sublingual methods seem to absorb most rapidly for me. Ingredients are high quality and product performs as expected without any negative effects.
