I’ve been taking this vitamin for a couple days now. I’ve most definitely noticed improvements in my energy levels and mood! I have some sleep issues that hamper my ability to feel rested and energized when waking. I found this and and decided to give it a try. It definitely perks me up in the morning. Sometimes I take it mid-day if I'm feeling a little sluggish.The taste is good; tastes like cherries, although sometimes a bit tart. The dropper can sometimes be inconsistent, but aside from that, I really like this liquid b-complex. It's affordable daily energy in a bottle. Feels better than green tea; far less stimulating.

Flavor is much better than my previous brand. Good price, quality and quantity.

Powerhouse, practically like taking caffeine will last a few days one pill. This is the most powerful vitamin I've ever taken, I think people have expectations about results and with this vitamin you get them in spades. I don't recommend using this more than once every few days unless you're really drained for energy. If you need a lot of energy I guess you could take it three times a week. If all vitamins were this effective we might not need doctors.

I've only taken this a couple of times but I think it helps! I have always liked the Doublewood line and I have purchased other products from them so I was excited to see this. I was hoping it would have Thiamin in it but maybe there is a logical reason for that. So if your expecting a complex with all of the B’s in it this isn't it but it does have the main ones. The taste isn't bad either.

I'm loving my DoubleWood Vitamin B Complex drops. It's the only thing that keeps me awake all day in order to get through my days. I notice a big difference if I forget to take it.
