The best hand cream on the market anywhere and the ONLY one that I use.

It's quite thick, but it does get absorbed fairly well. Best for very dry skin and/ or very dry environment.

My wife bought this for her feet and we ended up ordering more as it is an amazing option to help cure dry cracking skin in cold climate weather!

The best hand cream I’ve used

My hands are prone to cracking and bleeding due to dryness, particularly in the winter, so I am always looking for an effective treatment. While I've tried many different lotions, creams, and salves, I always go back to Glysomed. (Even begging friends to bring it back from Canada during the time it was no longer being sold in the US.) The hand cream is incredibly rich and protects skin in a way that no other product does. The glycerine and silicone combo coats your hands and can leave them a bit greasy until the cream is entirely absorbed, but I consider this an acceptable trade-off for how well this cream works. It offers noticeable improvement for dry, flaking skin immediately after use. While I wouldn't call the scent appealing, it is inoffensive and subtle.

I've been battling my son's severe psoriasis on his elbows, wrists, hands, knees, back of knees & shins and scalp for 22 years and have tried every prescription and moisturizer available. Glysomed is the only moisturizer that calms and minimizes his psoriasis. I use it after applying his prescription ointments and also to help seal in the moisture after applying Aveeno or Cetephil between prescription applications during the day (but not on his scalp) and it helps minimize the scaly patches if used on a daily basis.I do prefer the Fragrance Free Glysomed but the price for the scented version was better for two tubes verses one 200ml Fragrance Free tube so I gave these a try. However the scent is extremely strong and is very overwhelming, it's smells like a bug spray and I've found that I can't apply it when my husband is home as he has asthma and the scent triggers an asthma attack. Blistex- get rid of the nasty scent please and make the fragrance free more available and affordable!

Could only get this in Canada, as another reviewer pointed out already. This was not Amazon Prime and for me $8 shipping is highway robbery - however - this product is that good and I am willing to put up with the S&H in order to own Glysomed again. Nothing I have used comes anywhere near the non-greasy barrier this product creates for your skin.I have used gloves in a bottle, liquid gloves, corn huskers lotion, bag balm, cerve, working hands and gardener's lotion. Glysomed outperforms them all.PS: For $8 shipping I got the two pack instead of paying $8 shipping for one bottle.

One of the best hand lotions around. This is my 3rd time restocking! Great for winter or over washed hands!
