This is the Otafuku Kit with the tempura crisps that includes two packets of everything needed (of the dry goods) to make two pancakes. So you get a total of four out of each kit. I crave this! Add eggs, shredded cabbage, and cook with bacon.

I watch a lot of anime and end up wanting to try the foods featured in different episodes. When I looked up how to make okonomiyaki, the recipe called for ingredients I couldn’t easily source, specifically the mountain yam. Finding this kit helped me make this recipe. Nothing on any of the packaging was written in English although there were a few illustrations that gave me clues. I printed up a recipe I wanted to try with the mountain yam and winged it. They came out delicious and would definitely get this kit again.

It's not a popular Japanese brand and I had to order twice to get an undamaged package. No matter what brand you buy you will need to purchase everything that makes お好み焼き great. Iお好み焼き usually means everything you like but this is just flour and powder. You need bacon, cabbage, eggs, noodles, sauce, and whatever else you desire.
