Q: Will this fit a fatbike, specifically the Rad Rover?

This rack, out of the box, is made to fit standard bike frames with 135MM rear hubs. It does however have enough width to easily clear 4 Inch wide tires and then some, and at the bottom end can mount on symmetrical frames with hubs up to 190MM wide. I have mine on a 170MM wide rear end, and I adapted it to this width by cutting the cylindrical spacers in half. By throwing the spacers away, you have the correct width to fit on a 190MM rear end. The Rad Rover specifically, is another issue. I was just looking at pictures of it and it does not appear to have the screw holes near the seat tube for mounting a rack - only the one hole for a fender. To see what I mean, go to the Surly web site www.surlybikes.com and look at the pictures they have of frames for the Ice Cream truck, the World Troller, the Pugsley, and you'll see that they have little barrel shaped things welded on the upper frame tubes right behind the seat post where the rack screws on. On some bikes, it's a threaded hole in the side of the frame tubes. Without that feature, you will not be able to mount this or any other rack I know of without some creative work. The horizontal tube with one hole through it is for the fender mount, and this rack will not bolt on to that as it is. Near the rear hub, the fender holes down there can be used for a rack just fine. For most fat bikes, this is the rack to get as long as you have the threaded holes.

Q: Is there an adapter to buy to fit on the back of my bike? The two prongs don't seem to fit anywhere.

The prongs fit to the post of your bike seat. They may be too short. Email the company and they will send you longer ones at no charge.

Q: Will these fit a 29er?

I had to flip the mounting arms inside out to fit my mtb. I have a 29er 2.25 in tires. The mounting arms would not work as shown in the instructions. Also extended it right to the end of the arms and it's barely not enough to be level, but it's pretty close.

Q: will it fit a 29" genesis?

It should fit fine. I have the rack set up on a mountain bike and road bike. Both are running 700x32 tires with plenty of clearance.
