Stopped charging after 7 months. I can't get in contact with any customer support even after sending emails to such. No response.Was ok while it worked, the mop was trash.Update: 9th May,2025Customer service has contacted me, after I posted my review. THEY have apologized for taking long to respond and has offered to solve my issue to my satisfaction. I do appreciate the quick responses I received after they got in contact. Thank you for the help.The 1 star is for my disappointment in the product because I really wanted the vacuum. But I now give 5 stars to the seller for their after sales support.

Update: the seller contacted me regarding the poor performance and honored their warranty. I was issued a full refund of the purchase price. The seller fulfilled their obligations and it was very much appreciated!The cleaner does a fair job in the task of sweeping up debris and dust. It does a poor job of mopping.After a month of ownership we have to reconnect the vacuum to the network frequently. The machine also gets stuck in corners easily and has issues navigating around furniture.The noise level is acceptable and the mapping function is great but it frequently has issues gearing around stuff

This is a great sweeper/dry-mop for a small one-bedroom apartment containing one human and one chihuahua. Does the trick. Also, enforces picking up after yourself and stowing cables. I'd highly recommend this product

I’ve had this for almost a week now, and it is not the best. It stops all the time for no reason. The suction feature is not great.

I got this to replace an older unit that died. The mopping feature was as I suspected it would be, but I don't use that feature at all anyway. The mapping feature would normally ɓe a bad thing in my view, but it's not a security risk in this case. It works better than the M210 it replaced, which is impressive as that worked quite well.

I will say that I do like the vacuum function of this robot. It runs a long time, seems to do well at mapping (I don't use the app), is relatively quiet, and does a good job vacuuming. However, the mopping function - which is actually the reason I bought this unit - is virtually nonexistent. There is a mop pad and a very small water receptacle, but when the robot is vacuuming I assume it is supposed to be mopping at the same time, since there is no way to control either function separately, I barely even see dampness on the floor in its path. Pretty disappointed in that since I already own a different robot vac - that although is pretty old is still working. I was really looking for the mopping function since my current robot mop works some days and not others. My hope was that I would be able to find a unit that did both since my mop is on the fritz, and my vacuum is old and I'm sure it will not last much longer. I have to say though, this is not the unit for you if you are looking for mopping capabilities along with your vacuuming.
