I've used several other brands of fiber gummies but they've changed the formula on those making the taste and "chewability" texture awful. These work well, taste great and are very chewable. No added sugars, no dyes and 100% B12 too. For some reason, psyllium husk capsules @ maximum dosage didn't even get me an extra fart. As you age, a good nap and a good crap are very desirable!

If I could give zero stars I would! Nestle has recently changed this product to increase the fiber content per serving and by doing this they decreased the taste!! The old 3mg fiber formula tasted amazing! My daughter loved them! These smell like chemicals and taste horrible!!

The gummies taste great and have good texture. The problem is that it is very difficult to remove the "child-proof" lid on the bottle. I have to use a screw driver to pry the lid off.

This is an excellent product. Have purchased for years. This time, the inner seal on the bottle was open. Apparently there are no returns for a defective product. Customer service is poor.Numerous lovely emails from Nestle. Will not take responsibility for open inner seal. Says right on the bottle. Do Not Use If Bottle Seal is Opened or Damaged. They will Not take back. No returns for any reason. I will not buy from this company in the future.

I've used these for a long time with good results but the formula changed and now contains agar agar, which is similar to carrageenan. It is a naturally derived thickener additive from red seaweed. Carrageenan can cause allergic reactions, including hives and itchy mouth. It can also cause inflammation in the gastrointestinal system, which can lead to a range of symptoms, including: bloating, diarrhea, and cramping pain. My response to the allergen was less than usual, so it took me a few days to figure it out. Be aware if you are sensitive to agar and carrageenan.
