Great product. Well made and fairly easy to install. I didn't think the alarm would be that loud since it is only running off of a 9V battery, but it is VERY loud, but that's a good thing since that is what is is supposed to do.

Did not come with lock ,had to purchase separately.. directions vague and clearly for several models..would not buy again

wrong cylinder
The panic hardware works fine. My problem is with Amazon grouping this panic set with a mortise cylinder and not a rim cylinder that is needed. I had to travel 20 mi. to get the right lock to make this panic set work. Now I’m stuck with and unneeded cylinder. It would be a lot better if DETEX would supply a cylinder with this product.

Easy to install
Did exactly as advertised. Installed 4. Easy to install. Purchased the cylinder from a local locksmith.

Would have given 5 stars but lockset not included, wrong lockset is identified on website as recommended to use with. Much wasted time and frustration. Took over a month to get correct parts here and others returned. Once functional is nice addition to building security.
