Every time I get settled in for the night, I say to myself that I need to leave a review for this wonderful cervical pillow! I am finally doing that. I have slept in a recliner for many years and have always used a rolled-up towel to support my neck. It would keep getting un-rolled or my head would slip over to my shoulders. Not so with this cervical pillow. My head and neck stay in the right place. It took a couple of nights to get used it, but I am so glad that I did not give up on it! It has just the right firmness for MY needs! It took a while for me to figure out the right placement to fit my head and neck in the pillow. When I first sit down in my recliner, I place the pillow behind my neck, but when I recline, I push the pillow down against my shoulders and that puts the pillow in the right position to support my head and neck. I AM SO GLAD THAT I BOUGHT THIS CERVICAL PILLOW AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS WITH THE NEED FOR HEAD AND NECK SUPPORT! I GIVE IT 5 STARS!

It has memory foam with the right amount of firmness and support, but not so much that it is uncomfortable. Two nights to get used to it. It has kept my headaches from coming back. It keeps me from sleeping on my stomach which was causing some neck pains. It allows for side sleeping too. I have unzipped and washed the cover, but then, I made my own cover to go over their cover by cutting the leg off of a pair of old leggings and sliding it over. That worked great. I have had much less need for my chiropractor.

It’s a decent little pillow. I’ve learned I apparently need a ton of neck support when I sleep. I had a memory foam pillow for a few years that has gone flat on me and I’m shopping for a different one. This is a good little in between pillow while I shop for a new one. it’s not super firm by any means. But it positions your head back and gently supports your neck. For 15 dollars it’s not bad.

Very soft and not all that supportive

I have a straightened cervical spine from a bike accident and C2-C3 disc's can often go out of place when sleeping on pillows that lift by head much. I had tried different types of pillows over 15yrs and this one is the only one that has kept working for me. Good price point and effective. I haven't had any problems from it, a huge relief!

I love this pillow. Been spending so much money trying to find the perfect pillow for my chronic neck pain. Who knew the answer was under $20!

The pillow is nothing like the photo. I thought it would "plump" up after a day or so but it's really just a foam rectangle. The area where your neck should go is barely indented. The image and description are quite deceptive. Because I know this thing will end up in a landfill I won't return it but it's pretty useless.

This is an amazing pillow. The idea that the top of the head touch the mattress is very unique and very practical. I can sleep better. It's not too soft as other people are saying. I love this pillow!
