I used this foot file during my shower for a smoother exfoliation. As I was filing the back of my heel (which was the roughest area) it effectively removed all the dead skin. I also used an oil-based soap to enhance the smoothness. Afterward, I applied moisturizer. Now my feet feel incredibly smooth. No more cracks or rough texture!!

This is a very effective but aggressive rasp. It's great for heels, but I'd say a little too rough for more delicate parts of the foot like the ball and big toe. I like this a lot for my heels, as the aggressiveness saves me time and effort, but I think I'll find a 2nd rasp with a gentler touch (I had one but lost it).

It's so powerful that you can easily overdo it and hurt yourself if you're not careful. I used it too much the first time, causing my feet to become uncomfortable in several places. It is imperative to avoid applying excessive pressure and to use soft, delicate strokes.All in all, I heartily endorse the Colossal Foot Rasp.
