Purchased for my 2005 Suzuki SV650S. Bought the bike after the previous owner lost the keys and let it sit for >8 years. Part of my repairs to make it road worthy again included a full fuel system rehab. I purchased the Quantum fuel pump kit to rebuild the wrecked in tank fuel pump module, as opposed to the >$800 price for a new factory fuel pump module.The kit is universal for a few Suzuki models, so it has some extra parts you may not use. It was 100% complete with everything I needed for the SV650. I like that it not only included the new pump, wiring harness, and inlet strainer, but the kit also has the fuel pump vibration damper, both inlet/outlet o-rings/grommets, and a new large o-ring for fuel tank. I didn't have to re-use ANY of the factory rubber parts. Super quick 1-business day shipping from Amazon too boot. All of this for just under $75 to my door, HARD TO BEAT!The actual install was quick and easy. Nothing particularly difficult so long as you have some basic hands on skills. Once installed, the pump runs solid and quiet. The bike fired right up after its long slumber, and runs fantastic. I'd HIGHLY recommend the Quantum fuel pump if your in the market.

I recently overhauled the fuel system of my 2003 SV650 after it sat for a while and would no longer start. This included rebuilding the fuel pump with the Quantum kit. Unfortunately, I did not buy the kit that had the correct pressure regulator (it is different on the '03 models). I tried to reuse the existing one from my bike, but the bike ran very poorly afterward. I replaced that original pressure regulator with this one and the bike now runs as good as new. I've got several hundred miles on the new one with no issues. Highly recommend!

Fits well and came with everything you could need to replace your Fuel pump on your '04 GSXR 600, Even the pump housing gasket!My only concern is that the pump is very, very loud despite working very well and the bike running perfect on first startup even after sitting for years. Maybe its air trapped in the system but hopefully its all good and will quiet up cause it's gonna get annoying when the bike is ready to ride lol

The only bad thing I can find to say is the plug on the top was different from my original on my 05 gsxr 750 BUT this kit comes with everything you need and more to install the new pump. I was highly impressed that the only thing I had to reuse was the clip that holds the pump in the housing. That was it. EVERYTHING else is included in the kit. It comes with new seals, new hoses, new filters, new clamps, new everything! As I said the plug on the top of the pump was different but the kit included 2 new plugs and wire terminals to install the new pump. The pump is super quiet and goes in just like a factory replacement. Well worth the money.

First impressions...it’s a fuel pump. Comes with new harness and pre filter. Wires are not exactly plug and play for Suzuki terminals. The harness has plugs at both ends and one end must be cut to size and stripped to install terminal ends that run from the pump to the hot and ground terminals on the whole in tank assembly.Final thoughts: a clean and confident install can be made with this pump in record time. Slightly louder than stock on prime but otherwise the exact same. If it fails, will update post 1/12/17
