I purchased this watch because I liked the look of the Face.It did not disappoint on that point, the Strap leaves a bit to be desired. A tad scratchy, at the edges of the Faux Leather Inserts, and the Buckle will not last very long, as it is very flimsy. For the Price paid, I cannot complain to vociferously.Strange thing, when adjusting the Day on the Watch, as it changes from English, it displays two different types of Chinese Characters as it rotates toward the next day in English.Just for clarification, adjusting the Day ,and Date, is a bit Hit and Miss. The Crown is a two position device (sometimes only found in more expensive Watches) Pull out to the first position to adjust Day, and Date (viewed from the Crown, Rotate in one direction for Date Change, and the reverse for Day) pull the Crown out to the second stop for changing the time.Just be aware of the time of day when changes are made, it's taken me three days to get it correct.Just a Photo to show what this watch looks like with a replacement strap.I set the watch to the Atomic Clock when it arrived, it has not lost or gained a minute since.Up Date: It is now 11 Months from purchase. I wear this watch every day. The only adjustment is to the date for Months less than 31 days.I haven't had to adjust the time, meaning it keeps better time than my £600 Longines Automatic watch.

I have had these watches before and I quite like the face for ease of viewing and with the date display. The only dislike is the fabric strap which frays with use so I replace it with a more durable leather one.

I have difficulties in poor light reading the time as there is little contrast in colour between the hands of the watch and the watch face and the luminosity is poor

I saw the image of this watch and took a punt and bought one. I'm not keen on nylon straps, (I find theyntend to fray and irritate the skin), so I changed it for leather.After setting the day and date, I then set the time by the atomic clock. This is as accurate a timepiece I have ever had; indeed at least as accurate as some that I have costing several hundred pounds.

What a good watch! So easy to read, and has lost just 2 seconds since I set it to GMT over a month ago.

Clear dial makes it easy to read,haven't submerged it so can only assume its waterproof

Where do I startOk it leaks like a sieve.I had a human hair on the face under the Crystal.The strap was made of poor imitation webbing.Avoid, it's not fit for going down the pub let alone the military.
