This lives up to the awesome reviews! It grows hair fast, I have to dye my silvers ever 3.5 weeks instead of every 6! It's a very tart cherry taste so I recommend refrigerating it as it taste better. My husband's hair was thinning and he never grew it out , but since using this, his hair looks very full and his scalp is no longer revealing thinning spots!! He's actually keeping it three inches long and doesn't require volumizing products anymore! Highly recommend 😄

These minerals are more readily absorbed than tablets and taste good, too. My husband can tell the difference in his overall feeling health when he takes this regularly. Our health food store closed so was very happy to find these on Amazon.
