Works well. I did have to massage the cam a little bit to fit my forty year old door but it worked out.

Good and working, but materials a little on the cheap side.
I've had to buy a second one. Because the first one, the threads got stripped very easily... I believe it's made of aluminum. Only reason I repurchased was because of the price, ease of purchase, and fast delivery time. This is surprisingly hard to find and Every where else I looked... It was expensive or the delivery time was bad. I'm going to give 4 stars and assume I did something wrong and hope that this one works better. So far it's been good. I'll update later.

Purchase with confidence
The mortise locks along with the keyed lock cylinder and the internal thumb turn pieces worked very well together. These were used in a complete replacement on three entry doors and there were no issues with all parts functioning perfectly. The purchase price was a fraction of those available from the local locksmith. Durability is in question, but with the fact they are operated twice daily I expect them to last a reasonably long time. Periodic lubrication and adjustments, when needed, will always extend the useful life of a lock.
