Smart looking even men can use and pratical design
The rossmann smart flow is smart looking and finaly something in a color that a man also can use, and a smart looking product, compared to others out there in color and pratical use aswell,Do not use it without the gloves that are provided for protection of your hands from the hot steam, as the steam it realeased depending the angle of your hand, there is no water cup provided with the machine even when it is mentioned on the catlog , i noticed its easier to fill stright from The tapThe company has a customer care number and they were good in responce and also promised to update the add regarding videos , photos and contents with the machine , The stem is fiven out with good force and also works on denims when done slowley ,The brush accessorie helped wuth my velvet suit big time i have been using it for 2 weeks now and its working flawless. Why shuch a long feedback well the last trip the 4 star hotel burnt my suit worth 20,000/- and i did not have the heart to pull out the money from the employees pay,(as what i was informed by the hotel) so i decided to carry my own steamer , lots of destination wedding to be at this season.Had one before it broke down and the other spilled water . This one steam in any angle but not upside down it works good but use the glove . The only thing this produce is priced higher compared to simmiler looking steamers but this one has service number which responded soooo i am really happy with this product .

Diminishing performance
This is a very good product and it was very useful while you travel. However over the period the steam output has become low. Not sure if that it’s serviceable. Any guidance would help.

Will not get iron like general iron
It's very to use but don't expect too much. In emergency its a perfect item. It will not iron like general iron box.

I have been using it for over a month now. Just before getting ready to go out I spend about a min or two ironing out whatever top/kurta/dress I plan to wear. Silk, rayon, linen, cotton - all can be ironed fearlessly. Even dupattas made of flimsy material can be easily ironed now. It's a dream! PLUS the hot steam disinfects clothes. I love this product. I have not used any other brands but am happy with this one. :) Method to iron is to hang the garment on a hanger on a hook on the wall and iron. That's what works for me. :)

Overall a Satisfactory product.
Doesn't really iron out all the creases especially on Linen & cotton clothes when ironed vertically but it does when done on a ironing board or a table.This product needs a little more improvement.

It's heavy n not generating enough heat n steam is stopped coming
I bought this product reading it's reviews but after using it I feel it's little on heavier side if want to steam iron my clothes n heat felt good as I bought it in summer but now when I tried to use it in rainy season it's hardly getting hot n steamer has stopped working. Having a bad experience. Customer care service is useless n Mr. Husain seems to be very arrogant person who doesn't know how to talk to his clients
