I was really disappointed that the relief features are all backwards: the craters poke out and the mountains poke in. I've been interested in the moon for fifty years, and thought it would be cool to look at the features up close. This is fine for a lamp but pretty useless for what I wanted.

This is a great moon lamp for the price. It puts out a good amount of light and the charge lasted well overnight. My only complaint is the stand. It's a bad design. The smallest amount of pressure causes it to fall apart.

It's a nice novelty product and is quite bright for a small globe. Only flaw is that you can't plug it into a wall outlet for continuous run.

I purchased a moon lamp several months ago for myself. I have always loved the moon on a full moon night and that is exactly what this lamp looks like. My granddaughter saw it and loved it too so this was her Christmas gift this year. It makes a wonderful gift.
