It came in a very nice box and everything wrapped individually, it's small and lightweight. The pen is easy to use. I watched some videos on Youtube before using the pen for the first time. I prepped my face with alcohol and serum and washed my hands thoroughly. It glided easy across the surface of my face. So far I'm seeing great results. I am literally obsessed with the serum it’s some thing I buy often the only thing I absolutely hate is the packaging. To open up a new one it’s very hard and very sharp and dangerous I wish it was just sold in one large bottle. I hate the packaging. If you don’t know hold it the right way or have it standing up it has the potential to spell so it’s horrible for travel. Product itself is the most amazing product though.

1st the packaging is beautiful it makes you feel you have received something beautiful or a really nice perfume, the product comes in small bottles like bikes the seal has to be broken and taken off then the top pushed on, putting it on your face, I had no burn no tingle easy to apply just pay in it does become tacky but as it dries the tacky feeling leaves and you are left with soft beautiful skin with a radiant glow, I put it on at night after I wash and tone my skin, I love this stuff, I'm sold

I was very skeptical about trying this product. My skin is very sensitive and I generally only use Products that my facialist recommends. Also just ordering something off of Amazon for my face scares me. However my skin has been extremely dry lately. I’m guessing due to the major weather changes we’ve had in California. From cold rainy to 70° the next day and back. My face just wasn’t absorbing my moisturizer.This stuff is amazing. I’ve used it for three nights in a row now. I wake up with my face feeling so soft and moisturized! Also it’s a little deceptive the packaging it seems like it’s only treatment for seven days.… It’s not each little bottle should last you a few days. It only takes a few big drops to cover face and neck! I’ll for sure be repurchasing!

Love this surem. It comes in a cute green box with seven small vial. It's easy to open but the edges of the cap is sharp so just be mindful when opening it. The product gave simple instructions and each vail last abut two weeks using twice a day ( am/pm). I noticed improvement after only a few days of use. No smell, dries fast and no sticky residue. I highly recommend this product. I'm on vail number six vial and already ordered my second box.

Oh my goooosh! Ok I never write reviews. But this stuff is amazing enough for me to actually notice and take the time. Ok, so I'm the first to admit I read directions last... Anyway, to open the vials, you do take off the clear plastic top, then remove the foil protector, then remove the gray top. Then put the spout on. The key here is turn it upside then GENTLY squeeze the spout to get a perfect dot of product to pat on your face. So now to the product. Incredibly smooth and silky. Not at all sticky and quickly absorbs into your skin. I've used a lot hyaluronic products, and I really love how this one feels. It is sooooo good for your skin and, with faithful use, you will see results!! Highly recommend!

Amazon suggested to buy together with the hyaluron pen so I bought the package suggested since it said 100 percent hyaluronic acid and I did everything as it was said and an hour later my lips began to swell and face and I sparked a fever of over 103 after the 3rd day I went to the hospital they thought it was an infection gave me antibiotics and steroids and said that it didn’t seem to be able to be internally used I go home and 3 days later I’m rushed back to the hospital high fevers now for a over a week of over 103 my lymph nodes all swelled my throat and tongue I can’t eat and tomorrow I will get a biopsy done because the surgeon says it’s not 100 % hyularonic acid they don’t know what’sin me causing an extremely toxic reaction that’s placing my life in danger and I m may need surgery and extensive procedures done after doing it I go into this site and after scrolling all the way down u see don’t use with hya pen but with no explanation as to why not because hyaluronic acid if 100 % asAdvertised is suppose to Be absorbed by the body even if injected now I’m in a hospital fighting for my life and I have 4 kids this is not ok why would amazon place it as bought together so I believe it when it said it’s bought together and I did
