A very hard to find item--and this one is the bomb! Most sandals are too flat and hard, but the Cole Haans above aren't; they're nice and cushiony. The only problem is that the straps are so wide, the things wouldn't stay on my feet, hence my hunt for a full length split-toe sandal cushion that would take up just that little extra bit of room, which they did perfectly. And they are SO COMFY, I'm getting some more for other sandals!Fit: Sandals above are a women's 9.5B (because I like my foot to go to the end of my sandal), although I usually wear a 10B in closed-toed shoes. I did not trim them at all, although you can. Note: pay no attention to the company's crazy trim sizing suggestions. Just try them in your shoes and trim accordingly.Adhesion: Superb. The air bubbles you see do not affect their adhesion whatsoever, and are only there because I pulled them off and on several times for positioning purposes. Bonus: they will not tear up your shoes in the slightest...unlike so many other cushions.

Love these insoles, especially for flip flops/thong sandals. I have a couple of pair that I use with both, but I was looking for the same type without the 'slit' to use with regular sandals. Bad news - couldn't find them. So I ordered more of these and they work great with regular sandals - don't even notice the slit. The fact that they are clear is such a plus - not noticeable at all. Can be removed easily for washing, and they don't slip around on the sandal. And comfy, too - can it get any better than that?!!

So many shoes these days have no cushioning, and walking in them is like walking on cement. These Gel insoles help give you a little extra cushion. They are made for sandals... that's a big plus. I purchased two pair, and so far they are working well. However if you are expecting a "PERFECT" fit to your sandal, you will be slightly disappointed. Mines were about 1/8" too narrow on each side. And, I had to cut a little in the thong part to push the insert farther up into the sandal. My toes over hung the gel part and that was uncomfortable. So I had to do a slight Geri-rig. But once I made the thong indent a little longer they fit very well.If the soles of your sandals are too hard and uncomfortable I recommend you try these. I have not been able to locate them in a store, so ordering them online is your best bet.

These inserts fit well with my dr scholls casual thongs. However, I would recommend them with dressy high-heel thongs vs casual ones (as pictured). I used them on a hot day with a lot of walking…Not a very good mix. Because they are slick gel inserts, my feet were slippery (the inserts didn’t slip though)… So I cleaned them up and put them in some 4in heels..That seems to be a better utilization for me.

I bought these for my daughter for a wedding she was in and here is what she had to say!: These inserts were for a pair of nice wedge sandals I was wearing in a wedding and they were a miracle. I was Maid of Honor and on my feet, running around all day before spending the entire night dancing, and by the time I got home, my feet were totally fine and pain free. Like I said, a total miracle! They stuck on easily to the wedges and didn't slip at all, despite being in the very hot sun all day long. They also helped my feet from sliding forward which was great. I wear a size 9 shoe and cut the insert at the line closest to the top, so if you wear bigger than a 9 there may be a chance that the insert will not cover your entire heel. Overall, I'm incredibly pleased with this product, would recommend it to anyone, and will be purchasing again in the future!"

These are fantastic! I actually bought these to protect the suede souls of my sandals from getting dirty. They made my feet more comfortable and helped protect my new sandals from getting dirty and stinky from the natural sweat and dirt that naturally gets kicked up when walking and then after a season of wearing the sandals they get stinky and black and then make my feet black.I can remove these from any of my sandals, wash them by hand, and transfer them to any of my other sandals or flip flops. Surprisingly even after washing and air drying them the adhesive still works .Love love love these!I wish they made them without the split and solid for regular sandals and not just flip flops, but they work.

Since these were too small for my hubs sandals, decided to give them a try. Fit on my thongs real well, but do not provide any more support to your feet than the sandal itself. As I walked around I realized they were slipping and sliding. While the self-adhesion worked for about 5 mins that's all the longer it lasted. Perhaps they would work on different sandals, but I was trying to use them with memory foam sandals.

I bought these to use with a pair of leather sandals that were causing foot odor. Using these completely eliminated the problem. They do add a small amount of height, so if your sandals are snug to begin with, it might be a problem. Otherwise, they are smooth and comfortable. However, one of them unknowingly came off (once I realized it, it was hard to find because it's clear) so I was a bit disappointed by that. Regardless, I will definitely order another pair.

I ordered these very comfortable flip flops on-line but was disappointed to find they were the perfect size but very loose due to my very flat feet. I then discovered these transparent Flip Flop Insoles which I have cut to size and now my sandals fit perfectly. I have since purchased 3 more of these insoles for other sandals that do not quite fit properly. Great product. They adhere to the leather underneath and my feet don't slide around whatsoever. They are also moveable to other pairs of shoes/sandals.

These inserts were perfect for my sandals. I had to trim them a little as they were too long and a little wide but that didn’t bother me to do that. I used these for a Euro trip and at the end of each night my feet didn’t hurt! Would buy for all my sandals!

So far so good! Great for helping my Tory Burch Miller flip flops stay on my feet!
