I have tried a few products from gatorade, body armor, nuun, and so on to help in assisting my hydration since it is incredibly important that I stay hydrated and get enough electrolytes to not have flares with my conditions. While those products are okay, they never work quite as well or I have specific issues with them that leave things to be desirable compared to this product. Overall I have been buying these consistently for months after several medical complications that leave me dizzy and light headed without. I do not drink many other things besides this or plain water.PROS- It works noticeably better than other products with helping me manage my symptoms- It works FAST for me when I am feeling bad or my blood pressure tanks. I feel better within an hour or two of sipping on a bottle.- While it is very sweet, I actually like the flavor as opposed to just tolerating it- Very easy to put into a water bottle and mix it quickly- Doesn't have a weird texture or faux carbonation that makes it hard to drink- Easy to travel with if I have to go somewhere away from home for extended periods- For me the price is a little high but worth it after doing the math and comparing it to other options and their pricesCONS- May be to sweet for some people (I have a sweet tooth) - I have only tried Passion Fruit, Strawberry and Grape. I found the Strawberry tastes like I am drinking strawberry nerds and it gave me a headache from how sweet it was, but Passion Fruit and Grape both were fine- It IS pricey to buy as a whole (vs buying a single drink at a store) and compared to the other options out there- Sometimes if you don't drink it immediately or the same day it can separate and the flavor will be off

I have been using this product for a couple months now and I have to say it's probably one of my favorite electrolyte brands that I have ever had, hence why I have bought it at least five times at this point off Amazon. I find that when I am inexplicably sleepy and lacking an energy for no reason in the middle of the day, drinking one of these gives me a lot of Pep in my step. As far as flavors go I really enjoy the passion fruit, I also enjoy the strawberry. I find that it has a pretty decent level of sweetness, however it is significantly less sweet when I'm not terribly dehydrated, and for those saying it's salty I don't really feel like it's that salty, that is the whole point of you actually absorbing the nutrients in an electrolyte supplement. Overall I highly recommend this if you are like me and suffer from a really big problem with dehydration, or simply not being able to hydrate yourself well enough with regular water.
