EK-Vardar EVO 120ER BB (500-2200rpm) - White 2 Pack

It's a shame these don't even come up in Amazon's search for white PC case fans or similar. You have to search by EK Vardar to find them. I picked mine up from Micro Center coming across them luckily. The fan blade design caught my eye as it's know to be one of the quietest and most efficient designs similar to the Nidec Typhoon (which is now only available with a black blade). Anyway, after testing out a dozen different fans including the top expensive brands like Noctua, Corsair, I can confidently say these are among the best out there. High quality materials and an excellent quality bearing. They are as quiet as Noctuas and push a ton of air. I've got two 120mm all white's as exhaust to match my all white non-rgb theme.
