Like the title says, these perfectly fit the pro-pac mountain house pouches. Weight is about .25 ounces, less than 10 grams. I’m a slow eater and I’m hoping it keeps some of the warmth in my dinner while I eat in near freezing temps.I’ll update my rating if it doesn’t help insulate much or if there are construction issues or if it falls apart too soon.

Great zip lock bag, I take it for lunches, keeps relatively warm, it is a bit bigger then I expected though.

Maybe they are good for cold, no good for hot.

Received & tested today. I took out 2 pieces of fruit & placed them in a pouch, left 2 hours on the kitchen counter. They were cool to the touch when I checked. Will work best along with an ice pack. I’ll still use them in my lunchbox. Handy pouches for other uses.

Did a good job of keeping my sandwich chilled during an extended hike in 70 degree temps.

Good purchase . Would recommend freezing the bad a night before for longer results

Promises more than it gives. You might do just as good with a bubble wrap envelope and tinfoil.

Didn’t hold temperature of food more than any other bag. I was helping to keep kids sandwiches form in their lunch box till lunchtime. It did not do that.

I liked the bags but the zipper tears to easy, only get one use out of them.

These held up to insulate full dehydrated meals for cooking in ziploc bags. Affordable and disposable to more expensive or homemade ones
