Once we opened it up and picked apart the compacted sheet of memory foam pieces that were tightly stuck together (after letting it sit and expand for 3 days) it was very comfortable. Love the cool side, it works!

This pillow is soft and doesn't hurt my neck, which is what I was looking for. It felt a little flat initially but I added the extra fill and it's much better. I'm always warm at night so the cool side is wonderful. It really works! So far I am very happy with my purchase - it supports without being too firm.

Update:My husband is able to use the pillow. I guess his head is heavier than mine and maybe that is the reason. He is not a "warm" sleeper, so it doesn't matter if the pillow doesn't stay as cool as I need.Very stiff. Does not feel comfortable even for a side sleeper like me. Does npt stay cool. Dissapointed.

this is fabulous. that is what my sister conveyed after using it for a few days. increasing age causes issues with neck and that is where it is helping her magnificently. Very comfortable sleep while using it. The quality of the foam and pillow clearly signifies it is to deliver the best for a long time.
