Value for your money! I have purchased this twice and i have seen a big difference with my skin and hair!! I get so many compliments on my skin! I am 27 and almost everyone (females) always guess i am 23 . My hair was dead for a long time! It wouldn’t grow! And my hair will split! But taking this supplement does help me. I usually give myself break for about a week or two weeks from taking and then I start back up because I don’t wanna overload myself either, but I can tell when I need to start taking them again definitely repurchase given the fact that this is my second bottle.

Really big pills!
The pills that come in this bottle are large and a little hard to swallow, so take with a ton of water. There is no way I’d take 6 of these a day, that’s insane. I’m currently taking one a day and haven’t seen results yet but will update. It does have a weird taste so take the vitamin fast! My stomach never got upset like some people reported.
