Have delayed writing a review for a while as I know it takes some time for effects to "kick in". However, I now would not be without this supplement. Since I turned 50 (3 yrs ago) I've noticed mild aches and stiffness in my joints especially the day after fitness classes which I do 3 times a week. After 2-3 months of taking these tablets there has definitely been an improvement and my recovery has much improved, even after cleaning and vacuuming the house. My hairdresser also commented that my hair feels thicker which must be down to these tablets. Another plus is my skin and nails improved. Also, for some reason, if I've had a little too much alcohol I seem to recover a lot quicker and have less severe hangovers which I was not expecting!

Excellent product, been using these tablets for a few years after my nails started splitting and breaking too easily.....worked wonders after about 2-3 months when I really notice the difference.

I do not think that there work at all - using them for months - waste of money - lots of money!

I purchased 6 bottles of UltraColl Collagen 1000mg Tablets. My research into the matter started when my beautician shared positive results she and her client received after using collagen. One of my dogs has a curved spine, so I thought I'd have a go with a good quality product to see if there would be any improvement. The first bottle was bonine collage which I purchased from the beautician. I was taking it as well. As for the dog, I didn't expect any miracle, and there wasn't any, he is 9.5 years old and the spine does cause a wobble in his back legs, but it's not getting worse, so I thought to continue giving him collagen. The question was to find a good quality for a reasonable price. Also I noticed some subtle improvements with my fine lines ( I'm 41) and my nails. So I did some research and thought to have a go with marine collagen as well. I really appreciated the considerable discount when buying 6 bottles. I think I should have a go for at least a year to see full benefits.
