Really cheaply made water cooler. First, when I put a bottle of water in it, the door won’t stay closed. I tried repositioning, but it did not help. Second, I verified the cold water was turned on, and I can hear the compressor working, but water is not cold. Third, water comes out of it so slow, it takes forever to fill glasses. It is a huge downgrade from the cooler I had that stopped working.If I had more time, I would return it and go get another one local. I am surprised this had so many positive reviews.

The media could not be loaded. I was excited about this bottom loading water dispenser. Took it out of box and I’m ready to use.I placed my 5 gal water jug in compartment and door would not close. The backing of dispenser was not secured. It was cheaply made.The quality is horrible.

Door doesn't close all the way in bottom loader due to it not being big enough to actually hold the bottle. Bummer.

We bought this for our small office and it's awesome. The dark grey color matches our decor, and everyone loves the quick hot and cold water. It keeps us hydrated during our work hours.

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much at this price point, but this cooler has exceeded my expectations. It heats and cools quickly, and it’s pretty quiet too. I love not having to lift those heavy bottles anymore. Makes staying hydrated so much easier!
