Watched a video on YouTube to use it correctly and it knocked off the iron stains without even a scrub!

I have spent hundreds of dollars testing out just about every method to get rid of stains.Just a bit of a "past" tense of the issue.I started off the season with a nasty algae attack on my pool in the beginning of the season... Like a nub (dummy) I threw WAY to much algicide at it. (STAY AWAY FROM COPPER BASED! At least cheap algicides!) I also had my pool deck pressure washed. I am pretty sure they used some sort of chemical that had bleach and some other stuff in it... So I not only had the algicide, but some other unknowns...Because of this my metal levels in the pool sky rocketed... MY pool was crystal clear and then when I got my chlorine levels up BAM... Hello coffee looking pool linear...Two bottles of this and the stain is gone! Now for me I did try a few other products some of which cost $40 a bottle... Don't ask... BioGuard works a bit slower but when you spread it around the pool and do what the bottle says... After a couple of days its as though the stain is completely gone.Further - Last year I also had metal issue but it was because of my faucet has hard water. Highly recommend you keep up with the metal count in your pool. Even getting on a program to keep metal out "just in case..." Understanding the variables that happen to the pool are extremely important. This way you can diagnose and eliminate the issue.This product works wonderfully. The price, the speed, the value is right on the mark. You will need to use another product such as a filter aid to help eliminate metals entirely as this will mostly help with the stain itself.

I’m not sure what the happens but I have a salt pool and the cell generator no longer is generating chlorine. I think there is some issue with the ions and using a sequester. Bottom line, buy high quality salt. Cheaper salt equals contaminants like iron. Maybe all salt will have some. But I’m not happy about the salt cell. If this is a “thing” when using a sequester agent, the manufacturer should provide instructions to that point. Now I have a new problem to solve. From what I have now learned, Jacks products are made for salt pools. Idk.

I had sandy-brown (kinda rusty) stains in my fiberglass pool. I saw this product used in a demonstration on YouTube. I bought it. I used it. It worked. So well that my pool guy plans to order some to keep on hand.

Our stairs were entirely brown from hard water. We turned off the filter and used a bottle over the stairs, and they were this white within an hour and completely back to new within a day. It was magic!

We purchased this product because we have hard water. We installed a new fiberglass pool this summer and after about a month we noticed a few yellowish/brownish spots on the bottom of the pool. I read the reviews and thought we'd give it a try. After following the directions we ended up with a very murky pool!!! I wasn't crazy about having to turn our pump off for over 24 hours, but that is what the directions said. The pool looked worse after the treatment.
