I work in IT and also run 3 times a day, so have a niggling back problem. I have tried a few products which I had got from USA, I bought this in India and I should say I am liking it a lot. I can take it to office or use it in my Car when driving, it has a great functional belt which I didn't get in other products also the Gel pack sheet stays cooler for a lot longer than the other blue ones I had used earlier. It looks also nice so I can carry it to places. My Mother also uses it now and she too is happy about it. Make sure that you follow the instructions correctly when hydrating the gel pack first time.

The icepack is great & that what I needed really. I feel the hotpack does not get hot enough in one minute and retains it for very less time. This could also be perhaps because we are used to electric heating pads where heat is strong and stays that way for as long as you want. Perhaps thats is not ideal for aches. But compared to an electric heating pad, the heat pack feels weak.The gel pack can be put into a microwave directly for 45sec-1min. For freezing, about 20-30 min in the freezer makes it cold enough to use.So, I would recommend this product for cold pack for back aches for sure. The gel packs (2 no.s) come flat. We need to soak them and squeeze/pinch them every few moments, during the soaking process for about 10 minutes to get the gel to swell up.

Thoroughly disappointing. The gel pouches provided have such a small quantity of gels that they lose heat very very fast. Totally useless. I repent buying this product. Looks like I spent all that money on buying just an elastic belt.

the product is OK. THE BELT IS GREAT. It does not stay hot for vey long. max 30 minutes. You have to put it every now and then in the microwave. The only upside is that it is not messy as there is no water spills. But for Rs 650 this product is NOT GOOD. I felt it should be worth Rs 250 and less.

Very useful product. I was suffering from a severe back strain due to excessive work out. I personally knew it was not a serious problem and needed some therapy to get it cured. Was searching for a traditional hot water bag on Amazon and stumbled upon this product. Also, this is a multi-purpose product, can be used on any of our body parts. A must have in all home.Note: You need a micro-wave oven to use this product.

Warming it in microwave for a hot pack is better than freezing it for a cold pack. The gel hardens when frozen which isnt comfortable.

I brought this product because my father had back pain and to do cold theraphy using ice was not working. I even tried other ice packs available in market like Flamingo, but was not happy with it. Then I saw this product on Amazon and thought of trying it. the best thing that I liked about it was it comes with a well designed and flexible belt so after wearing the belt with ice pack inside you can move around easily and it remains cold for a longer time. The grip of the belt, the pressure it applies and the ease of use makes it a great product.

This product works like charm. Only concern is the velcro tape to fasten. It takes off the threads of your clothes if you wear it on top of them (for back pain). Otherwise, it's a good product. I recommend it.
