EASTUP Headlight Lens Restoration Kit

Work on my Kia. The headlights were “yellowish”. Try to use the bug spray solution, without luck. Got this kit and find out the instructions on the web. Learn that you really need to cover better the car body with more tape. The water and the sanding got on the tape easy exposing the car paint if you are not careful. On one of the side, ( cause it was really bad) I start with a 300 sandpaper that I had from other project. This finish look on this one was better from the other one. Next time I will cover the body of the car with a plastic liner. The drill rotation splashed all around the car body. I use the drill on full speed. Keeping wet all the sandpaper. Use paper towel to remove any residue . It’s time consuming. I work on each sandpaper until I find that the paper looks like wrinkled.

Type A personality. Following instructions closely. Could not get a clear lens. The coating (final step) never dried - stayed sticky. I had to remove the coating. Now my lenses are in worse shape than they were before I "restored" them. The only thing I can do now is put WD40 on them once a week to clear them up.

Look the pictures before repiar and after repair, don't say anthing, just pictures can tell you all.

I have a used car Volvo s60, the headlight lens looks very dirty and don't very bright when I driving in night, today I have time to restore it use this kit, I am very satisfied with the result, how to say, the both headlights are like a new one, and it is very bright when I turn on it, next step I will try restore the body

I tried that two days ago. It did the job pretty well, i have to mention that im a good DiY, not for the guy who doesn’t know how to change is tires ! Gotta follow the steps and if your drill or buffer is powerfull you need to hold it firmly. Reason why 4 stars : doesn't give you enough sanding discs they worn out quick and if your lights are big good luck.

Well equipped kit but even after trying numerous times... it does not work well, they need to use a different protective gel that gel just hardens and looks like crap (even after following ALL instructions)Not trying to be rude just save your money and get the Maguiers one... bought it the next day, mercedes lights are BRAND new again.Sorry Eastup!

I've resorted multiple headlights on other vehicles before. Kit does not come with a wet sanding pad. The polish package was full of dried up clumps of polish tired to mix it but didn't make a difference. After following the directions and trying to polish with clumpy polish my headlights actually look WORSE then before. No impressed. I have to purchase new head lights!

This product it hard to use. You need a drill for this kit. There are other kits that are slightly more money but no drill is needed to buff. Also the rpm of the drill will make a big mess. But saying that if the instructions are followed you should have a great outcome.

Wasn’t sure how everything would turn out being a cheaper product. Was a great result and turned out beautiful for 15 bucks!!

Easy enough to use, the wife's car headlight where turning a hazy-yellow. Now they're crystal clear again. Will see how long this last.

Perfect for restoring the lens. Just make sure you follow the instructions.

Oh my Nissan 1999 looks like a new car, if you only look at the headlights, I am very happy with this product, I will give it a 10 star rating if possible
