Best customer service ever
I bought this solar pump for a water feature i designed The pump arrived and we hooked it up. We were having some issues so I called Amtrak and spoke with Mr. Pilani Ramratan. He made suggestion for us to try and offered immediately to replace the pump. He texted me often to see how things were working. My husband and I were not sure if the problem we were having was due to something we did but we could not get the pump to work. I was going to purchase a new pump but Mr. Ramratan insisted that this was not right and he would replace it, which he did. The new pump arrived but because winter is setting in on our area we could not complete the water feature but we did test it and it works perfectly.Mr. Ramratan went out of his way for us and gave exceptional service that I will always shop with him even if I can find something cheaper somewhere else. Can't say enough about his customer service - Customer for life.
