Used to help locate a mesh router with this DC extension

I had a difficult install of running a power cable to a Security Camera up front of my house and this was the easiest solution. After I installed the Tonton DC Power Extension Cable 5M, I had a ton of extra cable length adding this from the attic access to the front of my porch area. Having no extenal outlets that I could tap into, this was the easiest and cleanest solution I could come up with. The power cable cable appears to be well made and well built. Its not as heavy duty as I would prefer for a long cable run, but it powers the camera without any issue so I am very pleased and happy with this solution to my issue.My specific setup: I was installing a TP-Link Tapo Starlight c320ws and basically there is a power brick that has to be plugged into the wall and a Male end of the DC connector 5.5mm x 2.1mm, similar to many popular electronics I own such as a Router, Switch, DVR, or Hard drive power cables. This simply extended the power brick cable from 6' to 19' allowing me to connect my camera without extending a power outlet in the attic to the camera. I used some electrical tape which probably wasn't needed to ensure the connections remained connected for life.Overall, I am thrilled that the Tonton DC Power Extension Cable 5M worked perfectly to extend the DC connection for the TP-link Tapo security camera C310 and C320 to the camera itself.

I needed a DC power extension cable to help bridge the distance from the power supply plugged into a switched outlet in my house to where I wanted to install an LED light strip up near the ceiling. This one was the perfect solution.Even though the full weight of the cable has been hanging from the connector for a few weeks now, it has shown no signs of pulling out, and the bright white color makes it nearly invisible in the corner of the wall.Recommended.

I used this to extend the built in cord on one piece of a set of undercabinet lights. The cord provided wasn't long enough to go across my microwave hood. Added this Tonton cord, easy fix. The plug and socket are the typical size for most low voltage coax style plugs. A big plus: The plug is a right angle so it saves space at that end, allowing the light to be mounted closer to the edge of the cabinet. The plug and socket fit tightly enough on the matching fittings that they won't come loose accidentally. Wire is typical diameter for this type of cord, flexible enough to bend around my range hood, and white color. Appears thick enough to carry an amp or two.A winner for extending too-short low voltage cords! Highly recommend.

I got this to use as an extension for a device with a short cable. The connections were good, not loose. The power supply was good. I didn't notice any reduction in power after connecting this. I am using it for power only, so I cannot say if it will affect video quality. I like the length. It's long enough to give me more options as to where I can plug my device in. It feels well constructed. It didn't feel flimsy or like it could easily break. I'm satisfied with this product. It did exactly what I needed it to do. It's worth the price
