The quality of this product is very good and sturdy. It's durable for my thunder thighs. I bought this for my cellulite thighs and booty lift. It's not tight a when you adjust them. I haven't uses them on my arms yet. The size is adjustable for all sizes. I love the color blue you can order any color you like.

I got these bands to add to my workouts after reading about the benefits. They're plenty long for both arms and legs, with an elastic band to hold the excess. After adjusting, the buckle doesn't allow any movement, but the band is stretchy enough to allow the muscles to work. It takes some trial and error to see how tight the band needs to be. It might be a pain to adjust, but the benefit is worth it. I can't wait to see the result after using for a while. I already feel like they're a good investment.

I love wearing these either during a workout or while I’m doing my chores. They are easy to adjust, surprisingly fitting for my big meaty thighs, SO COMFY, effective, and I’m loving the results I’m getting. The back of things is place that no workout or stance seems to be able to reach so I use to have to self massage and dry brush to keep that part toned or give it attention in general. These bands effectively get into that part of my things and really give them the attention they need and I’m truly loving it. These I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I like them. They are fully adjustable and long. Very stretchy

Locks in nicely, doesn’t slip. Feels pretty good just be careful not to tighten too much. YMMV on effectiveness but try a handful of the available uses and see if that work for you. Personally I like them for awhile until I don’t, it that makes sense.

these require you to loop the band into little inlets on the plastic clamps allowing it to hold better and not pop off during workouts. theyare kind of a pain to put on and off but if you have the patients and dont mind looking silly in the gym (especially me since im a large muscular man) its not too bad. nice and stretchy and decently made. for the basic price you cant go wrong. i wish there was a wear to add velcro to the middle of them so you can simply undo the velcro and use them for arms so theres not a huge long tail. but these are only for legs cause if you use them of any other body part there will be like 2 feet on each side hanging down.
