App doesn't work witch means you can't register your sample kit.Horrible reviews, sadly saw it after I bought it.Would love my money back. Very disappointing.

I purchased this October 7,2021 and here it is August of 2022 and still no results received. I registered and did everything I was suppose to do in few easy steps. I even emailed the contact person and no response. I would like to give zero stars, but im forced to put at least 1.

Easy to submit your DNA sample. they were quick to notify me that they had recieved my kit and are working on it. I appreciated the update after reading some reviews of others that had a different experience. Im satisfied so far. They have a long list of things that they screen for. And good info on The app.

I was excited when I bought this test, because it is inexpensive and it seemed to be able to provide some interesting information. However after I received it, it turned out that the app in which I was supposed to register the sample in, as well as the website don’t even exist. This is a scam. Don’t waste your time.

I ordered this product for my mother. She sent in the test around mid July 2022. It is now October 5 2022 and still no results. Don’t waist your time and especially don’t waste your money. And the Date they give to get a refund is also past the date you can get results.

I purchased this around March 2021 & sent it back within a week. They received my test and told me it would take a couple of weeks. I downloaded the app to keep track of it & see if they processed my test. I tried contacting the company many many times and was not able to get through. After a few weeks of trying to call I sent a message on Facebook and they brushed me off & were very short with me stating I can either wait or get a refund. Then they disappeared & didn’t message me back. No one has contacted me & I couldn’t get through to anyone. After doing more research on the company, I noticed more and more complaints about the same thing. Needless to say, they do not do what they say they will do.

I registered my sample, which was confirmed that I registered it. Now when I go to the app it says it's not registered. I've emailed support two times with no acknowledged response to try and resolve. Very disappointed I spent money for no response or results. I will let people no this is a scam so no one is ripped off like I have been.

I have been waiting result since 2021, and no response.
