Great little package containing 3 resistance bands of various resistance a door anchor and carry bag.The bands are good quality an good lenght and seem sturdy. The yellow one is very light and thin and offers very limited resistance and the black one is thicker and wider and offers medium resistance, the red one is somewhere in the middle.Door anchor is useful if you have sturdy doorsAnd carry bag is a nice extra to have. All in all very happy with what you get for the price.

There seem to be no reviews yet on these so I took a chance.Not quite as strong as it states unless you double the bands up - but I have a shoulder injury so at the moment can not do anything heavy anyway.The black thicker band is going to be very useful I think. In fact I’m going to order another set to get an exact same one so I can use a broom to do proper bent over rowing etc.Seems to be of very good quality and I’m looking forward to using them to get a decent workout again.I won’t be using the thinner yellow bands probably but will definitely be making good use of the black and maybe the red ones.Comes with a very handy carry bag and a door catcher too.All in all seem great for the price.

Good fun to exercise with it. Wish next edition would contain two black stretch bands...

Four bands the range is ok, the lowest stretch is a bit too low. But not all bad.

bought these and the only one which is any good is the black one the rest are too weak ok for price though if you just want somthing to start off with should have another two strenghts up option

For something so cheap it's really good was pleasantly surprised at quality
