Q: Any way for this to go to my lap top on wufi instead of my phone?

There isn't a cloudedge app for computer but you can't download BlueStacks emulator and install the cloudedge apk and watch from computer that way. (Cloudedge is the app Dekco cameras use.), (BlueStacks is an Android emulator that lets you play android apps on computer systems.)

Q: What extension cord is right to use from pwer adapter to camera?

I'm a DIY kind of guy. I have a couple old cameras that are similar in voltage. I had a long way to go so I soldered a couple of the old power cords together and it has been problem free. These are TINY wires so take care. But is is just power as the data is all wireless.

Q: Is there a setting to turn off the bright white light but still have the camera working?

Change the settings so it’s black and white at night instead of full color. Found it irritating that it was always on. This fixed it.
