I bought it awhile ago. When I bought it, it was sold as a 3-pack (3 16 oz bottles)

Q: Does it work with hard water? my water is so hard you could break rocks on it.

It seems to. I have hard water and havent noticed any issues with the blueing.

Q: I can't fill my machine up before the cycle. I have to put clothes in, and soap & bleach in dispenser. Can I use this?

Add it to the bleach dispenser. Most other users found this to be the best solution.

Q: will it remove yellow stains caused by oxiclean

It removes yellowing from chlorine bleach. Probably will do what you want it to. Falls into category of "couldn't hurt".
