Great Purchase
I have tried other neck devices without success but am receiving great pain relief and comfort when using this product as it feels as though it is tractioning my neck particularly when sat at a computer. It does get warm when worn for a long time but it is easily removed and put back on when necessary.

I find after a short time of using the devise it becomes very uncomfortable, but am persevering with it, a few instructions would have been helpful.
