UPDATE: I was contacted by customer service who sent me a replacement. For about 5 minutes, I was having the same problem where, after charging the device for 3 hours (light did come on and eventually changed color indicating a full charge), I tried to turn it on so I could pair it with my phone. Nothing happened. I fiddled and fiddled with this and still nothing. Finally, I tried something a bit different. I tried attaching it to the charging cord and while it was charging I tried turning it on. I eventually got mine to light up while it was in the charging mode even though it didn't turn on. After I saw the light, I removed it from the charger and then tried turning it on and it finally did so and went into pairing mode. Once paired, I was able to turn it on and off without any problems. Weird, but this is what worked for me. VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: You need to press on the little phone icon, not the center button. Also, you need to hold it for several seconds. The instructions that come with this device are pretty lame and have no diagram of the device showing the different features. No where in the instructions does it tell you to press one of the 4 perimeter buttons (one is a + sign, another is a - sign, one is a fast forward sign, and one is a phone sign). Since the center of the device shows a square box, one would logically think this is the power or multi function button but apparently, it is not. The device is reasonably comfortable, works reasonably well but I cannot give it a higher rating than 3 stars because I don't yet have any confidence that it will work consistently for a long period of time.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Charged up the bluetooth earbud, however, the darn thing won't even turn on. At all.

I was considering a few other earbuds, primary for the office. I happen to use the phone a lot while on the computer and holding the phone on the neck after a few mins give me neck pain. Also, using wired handsfree is extremely uncomfortable while you're trying to type on the computer.This is a very nice, clear, loud, Bluetooth earbud, that pair without a problem with my Galaxy s6 edge. I also have an iPhone 7 (work phone) but I have not tried it on my iPhone. Will update the review if I do.

I can't even get it to work. The first day it turned on but wouldn't work for calls. Only music and only kind of. It'll charge but won't work at all. I studied the instructions and everything and it'll glow blue when it's charged but won't turn on or work or anything.

Good pair of Bluetooth headphones, very confusing to turn on, however. You need to press and hold the phone icon for a few seconds. I wish a diagram came with the instruction package for this, as I had to browse the reviews to find the answer to this!

You have to hold the button for a full 5 seconds to turn them on or off. The little clear/white plastic does hold them in your ears well.The sounds is decent. I use them everyday.

I finally got it to charge and once I did I got it to power on and sync with my phone. Sound is clear and when using it for phone calls it seems to work just as well as my more expensive one. Good little earbud for the price, HOWEVER, if you have small ear canals, which I must, it will make your ear sore from wearing it. It's just too big and not soft like the others I have so my right ear is now bruised and extremely sore from wearing it for only a few hours. I use mine to listen to Sirius XM on my phone or for music and using that way, it seems to stay charged for a couple of hours. Not really a long time but okay. I bought 2 of them so the short time it stays charged gives me time to recharge one and still use the other one. Probably cheaper to just buy a nicer one that stays charged longer. I still prefer my other ones but these are good for spares.
