Initial impression is good - well boxed with some padding and cloth bag to prevent damage. Arrived with another item I ordered in padded envelope delivered by an amazon private delivery individual in a midsized car, not a large delivery service. These private delivery people seem to provide better service and result in less damage to the packages. Now for the sprayer specifically, it appears to be well built, nicely finished and would lead one to believe the internal parts are equally of high quality. Obviously the weight of the sprayer is less than the original one which probably has a thicker metal housing a probably more metal internal parts. But the sprayer has for the first week of use proven to be excellent regardless of the internal part materials. I keep our hot water on the lower temp side to avoid anyone getting scalded so I cannot comment on how well it might handle higher temps. But in our kitchen, it works great for all our temps, switches from spray to stream and back via the switch that has been working perfectly. The spray is a tighter cone than the original and does better than the original for lower rates as the flow is reduced. The stream has more pressure than the original, possibly due to some inaccessible buildup in the old one, not sure, but the new sprayer greatly improves the flow rate. Time will tell how well it holds up but I expect it to last a long time. The tool to open the front retainer to clean the screen is a nice addition.

I just checked the measurements on my old sprayer, then bought this - it's amazing and so nice to have one that works. My old one was so decrepit - had to bang it on the faucet stalk to go from the mist to the spray, which was obviously getting very tiresome.Great deal and is an awesome device. This is one of the things that makes Amazon great - instead of blowing an entire Saturday afternoon at the hardware box stores - got this delivered in 2 days for probably 1/2 the price and zero hassle.

Our kitchen faucet was spraying awkwardly and I decided to replace it. After reading all of the ads, I chose this one because it seemed to be the closest in color, shape, and texture to the rest of faucet. My only was concerns the fit. All of the replacement heads specify one of two sizes. The difference is small but important. Make sure of the size of your faucet before you order. The one I got, fit like it was made for the faucet. So far, it has performed very satisfactorily.

This sprayer is certainly a bargain. I believe that I have purchased 5 or possibly even 6 sprayers just for this one kitchen in the last 11 years. They do not break, they fill up with sand! This is the first one that I have found, that actually has a screen! Sure hope it works!

My wife purchased the faucet knowing that it had issues. The flow was very poor. Took a very long time to get a glass of water out of it. I purchased this faucet head and now we have great water flow.

It worked perfectly and matched the nickle plated faucet that was already installed. We were told by a plumber in our town that no one made replacement kitchen faucet sprayers and that we would have to buy an entirely new kitchen faucet. So glad we found this replacement kitchen faucet sprayer on Amazon!

I really like this faucet head.i bought it as a replacement and it works better than what came with the faucet. The sprayer function sprays good and I like how the buttons are set up. I am really pleased with this faucet head replacement!!

I liked the product but the STOP button does not work as add describes, it just pauses the water, which makes it meaningless to me. But, if for you this function is not important then this is a good choice.
