I am impressed!
Just bought these and I am impressed with the sound! Haven't tested the microphone/phone part of it yet, but the audio for podcasts and music are great.I was concerned as the product container was beat up, but as I opened it, it appeared everything was okay. It took an hour to install on my Nolan N90 modular helmet, but once I got it in and set up, it works like a charm. This is a very simple unit and came with everything you need. Keep in mind that there is not FM (I didn't care) nor can you connect to any other unit to communicate with (but I don't ride with others, yet, and probably won't). Also, it can only handle one bluetooth connection, but I was okay with that as I only use my phone for music/pods, phone and GPS thru Waze or Google Maps. If you have a separate GPS and phone, this isn't for you. It's a great product at a great price if you want simple bluetooth connectivity. I highly recommend.

Simple and easy to use.
I don't know about others but for me I like to ride by myself. but I also want to hear my music and if need make a call without taking my gear off. so I picked this little thing up attached it to my helmet and paired it to my cheap smart phone. all I have to do is say hay Google play Pandora and I get music call home and I can call home super easy and not that hard to install did mine in about 30 min while watching TV and talking with friends on Team Speak. buy it or don't it's your money and this is my $0.02

Awesome value..... Sold.
Can't beat this. I just needed something to listen to music from my phone (which is awesome btw) but I now use it often for Google Maps directions from the phone as well. Here's my thoughts....for $100 bucks there's NOTHING BETTER!!! I've had cheapy Bluetooth sets before and I'm suprised this is as cheap as it is for what you get. Decided on this because it's a Cardo, it's Waterproof, and it allows me to use my own earbuds (the stock speakers are fine, but I strongly prefer my earbuds).Construction feels rock-solid, and the automatic volume adjusting is cool. It does very well to make things louder or more quite depending on how fast I'm going. Overall extremely happy with this little unit.

OUTSTANDING VALUE
OUTSTANDING VALUE... sound quality is incredible. Calls are crystal clear. I ride a Ducati 748 with Termi exhaust and the volume max is still too loud - I cant hear the bike. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is the buttons. They are small and feeling them with gloves on is hard. Especially when so many functions are a combination of button commands. I've accidentally pressed the wrong pair of buttons and initiated a function that I didnt know how to back out of. Rectifying it while operating a bike is near impossible. The packaging alone had to cost half of what this thing sells for. Definitely a premium impression given. Well made, multiple mic. options, speaker booster pads, extra Velcro mounts... Well done. I'm sure operation will get smoother with practice. I dont see how a Sena is 4x better than this (price difference).

Ride solo, get solo.
The five stars are based on the first 15 minutes of use, if an issue arises I will update the review. Now on to the good stuff. Seems to be solidly built and install was fairly simple. No issues connecting to iPhone 8 Plus. Played music right away and took a call that sounded pretty good. The caller on the other end said it sounded clear even when I reached speeds of 40+ . Speakers do lack base but the overall sound is pretty good. I’m just glad to have a way to answer the lady when she calls to make sure I’m safe.

Great for commuting and simple enough design for easy use
For the cost, it works well! The sound clarity is great and it took a few rides to get used to the auto volume adjusting (mainly setting a volume setting for when the wind really picks up and the speakers don't hurt your ears). Earplugs recommended. Connecting bluetooth to my phone was seamless and very straightforward. Some gripes I had, I don't know if it was just me but I had a hell of a time attaching it to my helmet (Shoei RF-1200), maybe I was being too finicky about where I wanted the set to sit. I used the helmet insert mount rather than the adhesive plating that came with it, thinking I would be able to move it easily if I needed to. The two screws that tighten the holding plate would get caught on the EPS liner and didn't help with getting the cheek pads back in. I really had to shove it in there otherwise it would have been sitting way to low for my liking. But once it's installed, it's not coming off without the help of Allen wrenches.Another thing that I had trouble with was using the volume buttons with my winter gloves. I'm sure if I had my regular gloves, they'd be a cinch to find. Gripes aside, I'm extremely glad I got these. Great price and they work as advertised. As a solo rider, they work for me.

Forever alone =(
Syncs quickly, streams my audio, works for phone calls. I mean this thing does what it says and what I expected so I can't rate it anything other than 5. If the headphones don't work for you worry not because you can use pretty much any headphones with this unit.

good headset for the price
A good headset a bit fiddly to fit, battery life is good, sound ok nice and loud needs more bass though, i do get a small pause in sound once in a while but nothing to annoying and i don't know if it waterproof as i haven't used it in the rain. for the price i paid a good headset thumbs up.
