Shown is a camera with an RCA female video joint and a female power plug. Shown is an extension cable with RCA male plugs on each end. Shown is a power cord with a male end. Camera received has male video and power plugs on the camera connection, no separate power cord. An RCA female/female adapter is needed for some installations, such as connection to a wireless transmitter.Having said that, if the seller changes the photos to correctly display the camera, I would give it 5 stars. Works well.My Jeep Grand Cherokee has a hatch, and I didn't want to pull off a lot of molding to use a license plate camera, so I'm using this eyeball camera in a trailer hitch plug (see photos). The camera comes with a hole cutter, so the camera can be installed in the bumper, but I don't tow often, so I'll leave it in the hitch cover. There is a quick disconnect wire attached to the camera for removal. The transmitter easily ties in behind the tail light assembly and runs down to the camera connector. I drilled a hole behind the tail light assembly to mount the transmitter inside the car behind the rear side molding, which only had to be popped loose in one spot to make the installation.

Pretty good quality for $20. The video is a bit grainy but for the price I'm really pleased with it.

all these cameras suck

The camera received was not the same camera in the listing. The yellow RCA jack and red power connection shown in the pictures in the listing were not on the camera I received. Instead, it had a mini 4 pin connector. This would not connect to my existing system without having to rewire or cut and splice. It appears to be a cheap Chinese knockoff. No info on the box or paper except for "car rear view camera."

I haven't driven my car into the lake to test the waterproof aspect of it, but so far so good.

Nice for the price. Good picture.with good night vision.
