ESD Anti fatigue mat kit, also known as ESD anti fatigue floor mat kit, are made of closed-cell expanded polyvinyl chloride material designed to provide comfort and reduce worker fatigue when used in static sensitive environment. The construction design of the mat allows for effective static charge removal at a non-damaging flow rate and emboss pattern makes slip resistant. At the same time, they are known to maintain a consistent discharge throughout the life of the mat with no noticeable deterioration of effectiveness. These mats are resistant to degradation by inorganic acid, organic acids, detergent solutions, alcohol and mineral oil. Suggested service temperature is -20 to 160 degree F. They meet ASTM D412, D624 AND D2240, ESD S4.1-1997 standards. Kits include the mat, a ground cord and a heel grounder. Applications: aerospace assembly, electronic repairs, fiber optics, hospitals, medical assembly and solar assembly, computer operators, electronic assembly and manufacturing, pharmaceutical plants, cleanroom operation, aerospace and hospitals. To be used in hard surface floor applications. A combination of polyvinyl chloride and butadiene-nitrile rubber yields an expanded anti-fatigue product that exhibits the characteristics of better chemical resistance, improved surface durability and greater resilience than traditional vinyl foams. The mats is resistant to degradation by inorganic acids, organic acids, reducing agents, detergent solutions, alcohols, aliphatic hydrocarbons, mineral oil, amines, and aldehydes. 3/8-inches thickness. Textured emboss pattern. Density: 23 lb/cubic ft nominal. Tensile: 100 lb/sq in minimum. Elongation: 125 percent minimum. Tear: 20 lb/in minimum. Durometer: 65 +/- 5, shore OO. Flammability: pass, less than 1-inches diameter. RoHs compliant.
