Chewy Skool Kid Chewable Necklace (Navy Blue)

My son didn't like the thicker rope around his neck, & when he did wear it/chew on the rope it stayed gross & wet way longer than the nylon cordage on some other brands. He also chewed through the worthless clasp (as he does with all these) & we switch to cutting those off immediately & using a double slip knot instead. After a few months he chewed off one, then both of the figure's legs so the thing looked unfortunately like a double amputee & we threw it away after that. It's decent for a very light chewer & I liked how flexible the figure was because my son also used it to squish & manipulate with his hands. So, it was ok but not great.

My son loved this, I even ordered a second on. Worked great and he wasn't embarrassed to wear it to school. He goes thru extreme chewing phases and this saved a few shirts for sure. He did end up chewing pieces off (not that I was surprised) but when I ordered a sturdier one he refused it. I'd buy this again and recommend it to others

My son has mild autism and is always putting things in his mouth. We bought this to keep him from putting things in his mouth he could choke on and it sure did the trick. He loves it, and is always chewing on it. Even after almost constant use, it is showing no sign of wearing out.

This necklace is fairly thin (about 1/4") and flexible and my son who typically chews on his shirt will chew on this. He also likes to chew on the string and the plastic clasp for this necklace so I need to keep an eye on him.

My 7 year old daughter has ADHD, the teachers say this really helps her. Maybe it keeps her mouth occupied so she's not interrupting... At home it keeps her from putting whatever is around in her mouth. It is soft so and she has bitten a crack through one of the legs.

These are nice for students as they don't seem as "babyish" as some of the other models. The necklace design helps to keep the tool from getting lost or being used by other students.

This necklace is perfect to divert my son's chewing from his shirts. It was held up to moderate use for about 2 weeks now and is still in great condition.

Mon fils n'a pas encore le réflexe, avec le temps qui sait...J'espère qu'il va oublier ses crayons.Cela fonctionne pour certains camarades, ça vaut le coup d'essayer !!!

J'ai tendance à machouiller et grincer des dents quand le stresse me prend. Du coup, je mastique ce p'tit bonhomme durant quelques minutes et au bout d'un moment ma machoire se fatigue de mastiquer comme une brute et l'envie même de grincer des dents à cause du stresse disparaît.C'est aussi une bonne parade pour ne pas se ronger les ongles.- Ne se détériore pas- Goût relativement neutre (ça dépend toujours des gens)- mais attrape un peu la poussière donc à protéger
