Daisies Hair Clip, Hand Crafted Metal Barrette Made in the USA with a Large 80mm Clip by Oberon Design

I've used all kinds of barrettes in my life... This brand far surpasses anything I've ever had! Works Perfect! Feels snug and comfortable. Not only is it perfectly functional, but the quality and craftsmanship is impeccable! Absolutely gorgeous. I initially bought 1 (to see if it held up to the fantastic reviews) and loved it so much that I immediately purchased 2 more! I plan on getting more in different designs! I bought 2 large and they work great (to hold my long hair rolled up into messy bun and tucked under). Stayed put all day! I use the small one to clip smaller amounts of hair up. That also stayed all day (even with bouncing around)! These are the best I've ever used!! Packaging is gorgeous as well!

This is my 2nd piece I've bought from Oberon Designs and it is lovely. They use excellent quality materials and make a great product. It holds my hair without moving and doesn't get loose over a day like some other brands do. I get compliments about how pretty it is. I will definitely buy more from them!

These are the best hair clips I have ever found! Very strong and sturdy, I have really thick hair, so that matters. Absolutely stunning. I have purchased a few of their styler for my Mother and myself. We both love them!

I got my barrette today and am beyond pleased. It’s not heavy (I was wondering if it would be.) the clip is comfortable and easy to operate, and it’s beautiful! It’s nice to know there are still quality crafted products like this.

I have 2 of these beautiful barrettes and planning to order another. Exceptional beauty and quality. I want one of each. Also the price is about half of what I have seen . Great bargain.

I have been needing a new barrette for a long time, but I am pretty picky, so I have been holding out for the right clip. I took a gamble and got three versions of this clip. They are durable and pretty! Not too big and they hold all of my hair, which is a lot. I will definitely purchase more.

This barrette looks like a piece of art and it seems sturdy. However, it cannot accommodate thick hair; I can barely do a half up-do. I was hoping to replace a cheap plastic barrette that I had bought in Europe 7 years ago and it accommodates all my hair (due the different and better mechanism). Mine is not as pretty as the Oberon Daisies barrette, but it does a perfect job and it is still in very good shape after using it for so long.The Oberon description says that it works for thick hair, but that it is not the case and I should have believed other reviewers that pointed this out. It would work if the french barrette was replaced with a multi-level barrette that has an arch mechanism instead of an almost flat metal piece that barely bends. The difference between the flat mechanisms used in the metallic Oberon Daisies barrette and the arched mechanism in my current plastic barrette is noticeable in the attached pictures. I wish Oberon could make a pretty barrette that uses a more versatile arched mechanism. The arched mechanism is much more flexible and combined with the multi-level securing tip accommodates much more hair than the french barrette used for Oberon Daisies barrette.The Oberon Daisies barrette is very pretty but it is expensive if it only does half the job for me. If you have thick hair, you might want to look for a barrette with a different mechanism.

Oberon barrettes are so beautiful! There is more detail than you can see online. Each piece is substantial, but not heavy. The high quality craftsmanship means they hold up well over years of use and still look as beautiful as the day they arrived.
