The initial pair of EBK replacement batteries would not take a charge and would remain at 0% after more than 24 hours on the charger - even after multiple attempts - during the initial 30 day return window. Feeling very upset about the situation, I contacted EBK and informed them of what transpired and, within days, I received replacements which are currently charging.Thank You EBK!-- DB

Bought 2sets of these batteries and they are useless! they will not charge and those that will, will not hold a charge for more than 24hrs! A total waste of money and time! I travel and work and was working when i ordered the batteries, they were delivered so first thing when i got home i tried to charge them, 2 of them showed a green light shortly after installing on the charger so i installed in cameras and on the camera they indicating low battery. So, i put them on the charger and left them charging even though they showed charge. put them on the camera after several hrs on the charger and the camera lasted about a week. Note: new Arlo batteries last several months.The other two batteries would charge as normal but will only last 24hrs in the camera.These batteries are trash!I have not contacted the seller, I believe if you sell a product, it should be a good product. So, I will not buy from this company again.

To new to rate longevity & they are constantly being charged so battery life is not rated.They did survive the 105 degree summer in the desert.

[edited 04/22]I bought this pair back in July 2024 and now they simply won’t take any more charge, as others have experienced with this pair it lasted a very short time, my original arlo batteries are the ones still doing its job after 5 yrs. Look for other alternatives or by OEMGiving these aftermarket versions a try and have an extra pair to swap, the battery fits perfect like the OEM one, and has half charge i guess the duration will rely on the fact how much I use it which is mostly at night

Batteries don't charge full and then die within one day.

We are so happy we bought these instead of the way more expensive name brand batteries. So far they work great to operate our Arlo cameras as well as the Arlo batteries did.

We put one in each camera, as we have two. One would take a charge and worked well, the other wouldn't charge, or hold on to it very long when it decided it would charge a little bit.
