Great headset, supports many platforms
Best headset on the market for your money. Easy to setup and use, very versatile!

Keeps Dropping Calls
For some reason this earpiece keeps dropping calls. One will be fine and the next one drops. Does anyone have a solution for this. It also keeps going back and forth between laptop and telephone on the charging station. Very frustrating and about to throw it in the trash.

Très bon et confortable pour les appels vocaux
J'utilise ce casque avec mon ordinateur (Discord, Microsoft Teams, Bria) ainsi qu'avec mon cellulaire par bluetooth. Le tout fonctionne à merveille. Le logiciel facilite les mises à jours et la configuration de l'appareil.Par contre, la pile ne dure pas le 7 heures que la compagnie affiche. J'atteint 4h maximum ce qui est quand même très bien car il recharge très vite entre les appels.
