Great deal for the price!! The sweater and tie are both of very nice quality, which surprised me based on how inexpensive the package deal was. This worked perfectly for my Ravenclaw costume. Would definitely recommend!As far as the sizing goes, I read through the reviews and ordered a size up as was recommended by most people, but it was slightly too big. I am a 5'6" female with 38.5" bust, 31" waist, 37.5" hips and went with the large because of my bust and the reviews all saying the sweater was "tiny". I'm not sure if people just aren't conscious of their actual measurements or what (I grew up with a mom who sewed so I always use a tape measure), but it fit exactly as I would expect the large with this size chart to fit. It laid well across my back and bust but was very roomy in the waist - I attached photos so you can kind of see how much room I had in the lower back/waist. I kept it because I figure a school uniform sweater isn't meant to be fitted anyway, and it gave me plenty of room for my dress shirt and tie without pulling. (I also prefer sweaters to be longer, and it came down past my hips, as you can see.) But if you want it to have a "fitted" look, measure yourself and order the size by the chart. The only thing I will agree with are the armholes being slightly snug. I really didn't have a problem with them; I wouldn't have wanted them smaller, but they weren't digging in. My guy friend who ordered the same sweater had a harder time though, and he cut the seams along the armholes and resewed them for more room. So you'll have to judge that based on the broadness of your shoulders/upper arms. If you're unsure, go one size up just in case as it looks totally fine if it's slightly looser. But I would measure yourself and base your size off the *size chart*, not just what size (sm/med/lg/xl) you normally wear, and you should get an accurately sized sweater.

I ordered this vest for my wife who is a Harry Potter fan - as am I. And I must say, as someone who has actually worked in the wizarding world and worn the authentic Harry Potter wardrobe every day as a part of my job, this vest is very close to the real thing! The only difference between the two is that this vest is modeled after the original vest from the first few movies with the striped color around the collar (which I actually prefer) rather than the current version which has the colored stripe around the bottom of the vest and not the neckline.Other than that this was an amazing vest with wonderful quality and a great price! If you buy this from the authentic merchandise it will cost a pretty penny (around $80!). Definitely a must buy for the Harry Potter fanatic!

Accidentally ordered a medium instead of small, and I'm swimming in it even over a blouse and tie. But I'm on the thin side (women size 2 with 32B), so I guess the oversized look kinda gives more of a childlike appearance. It's also pretty long. The colors match well and its comfortable.My only genuine complaint, there is absolutely no fabric content and care tags. Hopefully I don't melt the fabric trying to iron the patch on.

I really wanted to like this sweater vest, but it didn't work for me.I'm a women's size 6, 5'6" tall and usually wear a medium. The medium in this vest was very long and boxy, but the neck and arms were fairly tight, so I'm afraid to size down.I'll be returning this and looking for another option for my Hogwarts costume.

I ordered this for my daughter for her Halloween costume as she is a proud Ravenclaw! :) She is a size 12/14 in girls so I purchased a Medium in this sweater just to make sure there was enough room. It was just a bit big, she probably could have worn a small, but I wasn't willing to risk it! For the price, the quality is great and perfect for cosplay.

Nice little combo with the vest and tie. I was teatering between 3 and 4 stars. The quality is surprisingly decent. The vest is nice and thick. My only issue is the sizing. I'm a male, 5'8" @ 145lbs and th vest is really tight especially in the armpit area. I had to really pull and stretch the vest to make it fit. My girlfriend is 5'2" @ 106lbs and it fits her pretty well. The tie is also short, luckily it tucks into the vest. I'm not sure if these are meant for ladies or youth. I'd suggest getting a size or two up.

My wife was considering being a Hogwart's (Harry Potter) student for Halloween, and this sweater really helped complete here costume. It was easy and simple, and looked right. And not only that, its good enough to wear after halloween as well.

This sweater works perfectly with my Ravenclaw costume and is a thick heavy duty quality. I would definitely recommend this to a friend and buy again. Exactly as pictured and described, I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied with this order! It’s a pretty dark shade of grey, but doesn’t look black. Around the neck, sleeves, and bottom, the knitting is thicker, which greatly contributes to it looking overall a better quality sweater.
