Thin material, not like the cotton caps of old but I like it that way. My head is 57cm and jam packed with brains and this is a good snug fit, if you have more brains than me this could be a bit tight. You could always compensate by watching more ITV or reading a tabloid.

I am impressed by the quality of his cycling hat and at 50% off to boot.There's only one thing that concerns me, which is why this hat deserves four out of a possible 5 stars.Item arrived within 10 hrs of ordering...wow.l wear a cycle hat under my helmet to act as a snug comfortable fit. Previously I've worn a retro cotton cycling hat so it wasn't made of a breathable fabric, which meant the hat got very sweaty.This hat is of very good quality with excellent stitching. l really like the breathable material it's made of and that there is a mesh like material , either side at the top of your head. Design is excellent - l went for the black design out of the many designs to choose from. l would however of liked a design that was more retro looking.My one disappointment, that has previously been mentioned by other reviewers, is the fact that l find this hat a little bit on the small size and thereforr doesn't comfortably fit my head. The item says one size fits, but this doesn't seem the case. My previous hat fitted my head better, with more room especially at the back of my head. lt would be great if this hat was slightly larger. l haven't actually road tested this hat yet,so l do hope the hat doesn't slip, as has been mentioned by one reviwer.Overall I'm very happy with this cycling hat.

I've been a big fan of sundried cycling clothing over the past few months and have bought two bibs and two jerseys and would rate them all as five stars.The cap however has disappointed simply because it has shrunk. I've worn and washed it about six times in the same wash as the bib and jersey which are perfect. The cap is single size so has no adjustment but is now so small that it left a ring all around my bald held that took over an hour to fade. My wife described the ring as like a fine cut.I don't think the main material has shrunk it seems to be the cotton band that includes the elasticated section. It's now almost unusable unless you have a tiny head and despite my head being smaller than average and having no hair i will be lucky to get one more use out of it. There's also no washing instructions printed in the hat, they must have been on the tag which was removed before use.The cap still looks perfect so this is especially disappointing

The make and cut of this cap are good; however, for me, it seems to want to slide up off my head. Keeping sweat off your face this works well as it is wicked away and it's light. I've been wearing mine under my crash helmet. Overall I would recommend this hat.

Works great. I use it under my helmet for keeping the rain from dripping onto my face during the rain when cycling to work. Does the job.
