This item was perfect, fit out Jewel 260L very well and the lights that come with are an added bonus and last long.We did have an issue after a month when the top just stopped working, however the company happily and quickly dispatched a replacement, with free returns of the old unit.Very happy and will always recommend Iquatics

Unit fits existing Juwel aquarium and seems to be well made (made in the UK). The unit is cheaper than Juwel units I have seen on Amazon. I Find Juwel units seem to last about 10 years so time will tell how long this iQuatics will last.NB I also bought replacement lids at the same time, but found there was a bit a design flaw with the magnetic knob detaching, but found my existing Juwel lids fitted OK with this unit and have gone back to them.

The unit didn't work. The fluorescent tubes flickered on briefly then nothing. Returned item.

From the very start, this company was something different.I had made a mistake in the maintance of my light.I contacted the supplier and they were on the case immediately.I had the product collected and it was examined all within a few days.Andrew was amazing and kept me up to date at every step and was so knowledgeable.The light is brilliant fitting and when the package arrives back my light is like a new lamp. I mean it was like a brand new lamp, a few new parts and service second to none.I'm actually pretty stunned at the service I received. Amazing.Would have no problems at all of recommending this company.

I was sceptical at first after reading a few of the other reviews, but, really did not have much of a choice. It was either purchase a replacement part from a local pet store for double the price or take a gamble on this. So far, I am happy. The unit is solid, heavy, and robust materials. The original flaps fit perfectly. The only gripe I have with these, and it's not a fault with the unit, is the bulbs are 45w each (x2 ) so not very energy efficient and the heat emanating from the light adds to the aquarium temperature, to the point that I had to turn off my heater when the lighting is on ( I have a heavily planted tank so need good lighting). LED should be the standard, but the bulbs were included so I will save up to replace with LED equivalent tubes. Would be five stars if LED lighting was an option for purchase.Time will tell of the reliability and performance, but so far I am very happy and would recommend this if you need a replacement Manufacturer part.I have a Juwel 180 and this fits perfectly.

I’m always incredibly anxious about sizes and measurements when it comes to buying something that needs to fit. This case was no different. But all my stress dissolved when I opened the box. After extending it a few mm, it fit perfectly. The bulbs that came with it are aesthetically pleasing. The tanks flaps(? Idk the lid things) slid straight on.I have a Juwel Rio 240 and was about to dish out crazy money for their branded light unit but I’m so glad I bought this one. I wish I bought it sooner. Even the free bulbs are good. I cannot recommend this product enough.

It is a good value 4 money the light unit was good

My older original T8 lighting unit finally died and I needed a replacement urgently.This unit is very well made, its not plastic but metal and has some weight to it making it feel expensive. It was delivered with two T5 tube (tropical and white light) and the light intensity is clearly exceptional.I've wired in a dedicated socket near the front of my stand and so switching in on/off is no problem as it doesn't have its own switch. An alternative would be to install a timer.Overall a great investment in making my tropical tank look better.
