I absolutely love these OGGI colanders. Drains pasta, rice, frozen fruit…you name it! I bought the 11/2 and 21/2 quart sizes because I like using 2 in the sink if I want to depending on what I’m making. Dishwasher safe…no problem. They have a nice look to them and are made very sturdy…real stainless steel…yet lightweight. They also stack very nicely…so pleased with this purchase! Highly recommend!

I like it. No rusting yet. Quality seems very high. So far I’d buy again and yes its worth every penny.

I had the larger size of this brand and wanted this smaller size because most of the time it's just the 2 of us. It's the perfect size and made of nice metal, real sturdy.

Most small colanders don't have drainage holes over the entire colander. This one does, and I feel it does a better job of draining. Great for washing berries or draining cooked veggies, or whatever. It's easy to clean, and seems sturdy. I paid much more for a stainless colander the same size at Wms. Sonoma. It worked well until one of the legs fell off and it became lopsided. This Oggi colander has a round base which won't tip over and cause the contents to spill out. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a small colander.

Overall, I liked the overall construction of the strainer. But, now that I'm looking at three small rusting spot welds, I'm wondering how long it'll take before they fail. They are small spots and I'm not all that concerned they'll contaminate food but others might think otherwise.

This is easy to care for and appears well made. Time will tell. Perfect for rinsing pints (haven’t tried quart) of berries or anything that needs rinsing. Nice comfortable handles and a cinch to clean.

Good size and seems to be fine in the dishwasher. Small holes so noodles don’t slip through. Glad I bought this. I have mostly used it to drain pasta and canned beans and haven’t had any problems.

Nicely made. Looks good. Works well. Good size (for us). Holding up well so far but we don't put it in the dishwasher. Could be a bit tricky to clean depending on what you are using it for.

There is a ridge on the upper inner side that catches macaroni when dumping the food, slight ridge but still find food stuck at yhe ridge
