The ginger capsules are great, fresh as whole ginger root in the store, the smell is great as soon as you open the bottle. The best Ginger I have ever taken, beside the fresh ginger in the store. You wont be disappointed in this brand!!!

Organic, freeze-dried, and just about as good as eating raw root. You can tell how fresh and good they are when you smell them, and also when they touch your pallet you can tell they are of extreme high quality. I have yet to find a capsulized ginger product to match this in quality.

It's important to take this with food, otherwise it causes mild nausea and gas. But when taken with food, it works very well to treat inflammation for rheumatoid arthritis. I take it with breakfast and dinner. Also, it smells very good! Chopping and your own fresh ginger in quantity and freezing in ice cube trays also works, but is a lot more trouble, and it's hard to get the right dose. These capsules are convenient and easy to swallow. I've used this for about 3 months for a flare-up and am now tapering off.Best to order via AllStarHealth.com, as the Eclectic Institute website was difficult to understand last time I looked. It's possible they have improved it since then.
